Business Development Manager (BDM) – Water Restoration

Location: Wesley Chapel, FL

Join Our Growing Restoration Team! We are looking for a motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to help grow our water restoration business in the Wesley Chapel area.

In this role, you will build relationships with plumbers, property managers, insurance professionals, commercial accounts, and other referral partners to generate new business and strengthen our local presence.

What You’ll Do

Develop and maintain referral partner relationships

Generate new business through networking and outreach

Represent the company in the local community

Track leads, follow-ups, and sales activity

Help drive revenue growth in the Wesley Chapel market

What We’re Looking For

Sales or business development experience preferred

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Restoration, home services, or B2B sales experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits
