    Sales & Growth Associate

    Our client, a fast-growing B2B AI legal startup, is seeking Sales & Growth Associates to join its expanding team and help drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

    This is a high-velocity, customer-facing role for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable guiding sophisticated customers through complex decisions.

    What You'll Do

    • Lead 8–12 daily calls with prospective customers, advising them on U.S. visa pathways
    • Convert high-intent inbound leads, consistently closing a high volume of deals
    • Manage follow-ups via email, answering questions and guiding prospects through the decision process
    • Own pipeline activity, including lead qualification, tracking, and CRM management

    What We're Looking For

    • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role (e.g., consultative sales, consulting, or relationship management)
    • Experience working with highly analytical or technical audiences (e.g., founders, engineers, researchers)
    • Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
    • Demonstrated ability to build trust quickly and manage high-volume interactions
    • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-performance startup environment
    • Strong communication skills and professional presence

    Nice to Have:

    • Experience as an Account Executive, Consultant, or VC Associate
    • Background in legal tech, immigration, or regulated industries
